The adult soccer community is deeply saddened by the passing of one its collegues. On Sunday afternoon, 4/6, at Bayview Soccer Park, Kris Baczmaga, a player on the Atlanticville Homes team in the CSL 2nd Division, suffered a heart attack and collapsed suddenly on the field in the 2nd half. EMS arrived at the field, but they were unable to revive him.
Kris is survived by his wife, 11-year old son, and his 2-year old daughter. A memorial fund has been set up to assist the Baczmaga family in this time of need. Keep them in your hearts and let's all help Zanetta and the children.

Krzystof ("Kris") Baczmaga Scholarship Fund
Krzystof ("Kris") Baczmaga was a passionate soccer parent, player and coach, who passed away playing the game that he loved.
In respect and honor of Kris and his family, Charleston United Soccer Club (CUSC) and Friends would like to commence a soccer scholarship fund in honor of his name and his love of the game.
This scholarship will benefit children of single parents and in need of financial assistance. The scholarship is not limited to players of CUSC and will be made available to all. The first beneficiary of this scholarship will be Kris's son, Daniel.
