"SOCCER TO THE POWER OF 3"

Lowcountry Soccer has teamed up with the 3v3 Worldwide Tour to bring a series of exciting 3v3 1-day events to the Carolinas in 2009. The "3v3 Worldwide Carolinas Summer Tour" will feature (10) fundraiser events in the following cities: Charleston, Columbia (2), Charlotte (2), Myrtle Beach, Hilton Head Island, Greenville, Asheville and also Augusta. Teams from these events will have the opportunity to qualify for the 3v3 Worldwide South Summer Nationals, to be held on July 18-19 in Savannah, GA. The South Summer Nationals will bring together teams from qualifying tournaments in FL, GA, TN, SC, and NC.

The 3v3 Worldwide Tour features over 60 tournaments from throughout the US as well as, England, Scotland, and Mexico. For more on 3v3 Worldwide visit their website at www.3v3worldwide.com

"What attracted me to this 3v3 tour was the 1-day event concept that will enable many youth players to compete in a circuit of 3v3 tournaments on Saturdays this summer without having to drive more than 1-2 hours to play 3-4 hours of fun "street soccer" before returning home." says Kenyon Cook, Lowcountry Soccer. "In addition, 3v3 Worldwide allows me to work with youth clubs throughout the Carolinas by bringing a positive experience to their players, but we also bring a solid fundraising event opportunity that can easily raise from $3-$6,000 for the organization."

All 3v3 Worldwide Tour events are qualifiers for both Summer Nationals.

3v3 Worldwide Carolinas Summer Tour
The Carolinas 3v3 Worldwide Tour is a summer series leading up to the South Summer Nationals. Teams competiting in 3 or more events in the summer tour will be eligible to win the Lloyds Soccer 3v3 Champions Cup in the following Competitive age groups:
B/G U9, U10, U11, U12, U13, U14, U15, U16, HS 
Awards will be presented to the team and to the individual players
