LSYSA Kicks off Fall 2009 Season |

(9/16) The Lower State Youth Soccer Association (LSYSA) kicked off its Fall 2009 season this past Saturday, Sept. 12. The league has experienced almost a 60% growth in the number of teams due in large part to the immersion of the U9-U12 Academy teams and U14 teams. There are (121) boys and girls teams from the ages of U9 - U14 competing in (15) divisions. They represent the following soccer clubs: *Cainhoy Athletic SC , Charleston United SC, Coast FA SA (Myrtle Beach), *Coastal United FC, Daniel Island Soccer Academy, Goose Creek United SC, *Hilton Head-Blufton SC, James Island YSC, Mt. Pleasant SC, North Area SA, Summerville SC, and Walterboro SC. (*) new clubs
Lowcountry Soccer has been contracted to operate the league. Kenyon Cook is the Commissioner/Scheduler, assisted by Patrick Jackson and Alex Voelker is the Referee Assignor. The seaon will run through November 14.
