*This tournament is a fundraiser for the
Krzysztof Baczmaga Memorial Fund.

The Charleston 6v6 Shootout will be held at the James Island Youth Soccer Club. The fields are 10 minutes from Folly Beach and 15 minutes from downtown Charleston. Saturday's matches will be scheduled so that teams will play either in the morning or in the afternoon. And there will be a Tournament Party on Saturday evening. 

This is the 6v6 summertime tournament you do not want to miss! 
With wider goals and "subbing on the fly" the action is high scoring and non-stop! So come have some fun with us and at the same time give a little something back.

*Kris Baczmaga was a well liked soccer player who passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, April 6 while playing for his men’s team in the Charleston Soccer League. He is survived by his wife Zaneta and two children.  LC Soccer is committing 20% of each team’s entry fee and 100% of the profits of all vendor and concession sales to aid the Baczmaga family in their time of need. Donations will also be accepted throughout the tournament.


Tournament Details

DIVISIONS:
Men’s Premier, I, II, Masters (30), Masters (40), & Masters (50)
Women’s Premier, II, Masters (30)
*Coed Premier, II (Rec)
Master Eligibility (Players must be age eligible by July 1. Masters teams may carry (2) players 2 years younger as of July 1.)

* Goals scored by women will count as (2). Two women must be on the field at all times.
(Players may play for more than one team, provided one of the teams is in the Coed Division.)

Please provide info re: team make-up/recent history (league/tournaments).
The tournament reserves the right to transfer teams to another division, if necessary.

 

 


PLAYING FORMAT:
World Cup Style. Three (3) matches are guaranteed.
All matches are 2 x 20 minutes in duration with a 3-minute halftime.


ROSTER: 
Teams are limited to (12) players.

$300.00 (+$50.00 Performance Bond, due at check-in)

(Teams are not completely accepted until payment is received) 

Late registration fee is $25.00
