Reporting Scores:
Reporting scores and updating the standings just got easier! From now on it will be done over the phone and as soon as the information has been properly submitted, the standings/scores are automatically updated. Thank you GotSoccer.
Here is how it will work:
The winning coach (after verifying the score with the referee) will call GotSoccer @ 877-844-2818. You will then be asked for the EVENT ID: 2754 followed by the # sign. Then the PIN#: 1954 followed by the # sign. Then the GAME # (which you will find on the left side of your match in the schedule) followed by the # sign. You will then be asked to enter in the score of the HOME TEAM followed by the # sign. Then the score of the AWAY TEAM followed by the # sign. Then you are asked to save the score or not. And that is it!
TIE GAMES will be reported by the HOME TEAM.

Process: GotSoccer
Clubs must use their GotSoccer Club Account to register their teams for the spring season. It is very important that existing teams returning for the spring season have correct coach and manager information in system (phone numbers and email addresses). New teams need to be added as well. It starts with entering in new coaches and managers and then assigning them to the new team that is generated.
Once the returning teams and new teams are updated, then you select in Upcoming Events: LYSL Spring 2008. Those teams are then registered for the spring season.
Blackout Dates must be entered properly in order for the scheduling system to work. Typing in notes does not ensure anything. You must select specifically the dates, using the calendar provided by GotSoccer, teams will not be available for league matches. Teams playing in the GOLD divisions, which include Academy teams, will be allowed (2) dates. Teams playing in the BLUE & RED divisions will be allowed (1) date. Remember that the weekend of March 29-30 is already blocked off by the LYSL for the Piggly Wiggly Soccer Tournament in Mt. Pleasant.
